Keep this in mind before you drink your calories away with sugar milk.
This entire post bothers me. No one cares what the calories in one of their bad foods equals to in other bad foods. It’s pointless — it’s bad for you. They know that. No point in making a giant diagram to prove its bad for you.
That being said, it’s still okay and good to treat yourself in moderation because sometimes you just need something from Starbucks. :)
^^^ I love getting Starbucks when I’m actually near one. I’ll never lose weight if they put one in my town. I definitely wasn’t saying don’t get it if you enjoy it, just that there’s zero point in comparing it to other foods, lol.
I hope I didn’t come across as don’t eat/drink foods you want because they’re bad, cause I was only meaning that if you want it, get it and quit worrying about how it compares to other foods.
